The fans are spinning extremely fast, making it hard to manage. Your setup includes a GBX-GA-Z270X gaming motherboard, an Intel i7-7700K processor, Corsair 240mm radiator, and a GTX 1080 WaterForce graphics card. The CPU temperature reaches 100°C and consistently stays around 4.5 GHz.

I purchased the PC about four days ago from a person on Facebook Marketplace. When I tested it in his home, it didn’t sound right. Yesterday I ran Heaven's Benchmark and noticed the fans flipped because they looked upside down. Even though I thought they were upside down, the PC still worked until I updated the drivers using Driver Booster. After that update, it started sounding strange—playing Ark, max 40° on the GPU and 60° on the CPU. It only became problematic later when the drivers were finally updated.

You could format your PC to improve its appearance or performance.

To set up the software, I needed to turn off Windows Defender first.

That's a big warning flag that the code was dangerous... and yes; a fresh install of Windows might well be a sound idea.

I'm not sure what it is anymore. I was getting 80° at idle, but after trying to fix it by taking it apart, it's actually worse. I think I should get a new cooler.
