MSI Afterburner allows adjusting power limits, such as setting values below 84%. It also provides temperature monitoring. Regarding RAM testing, you can try different sticks and slots to identify faulty ones. There’s no built-in RAM OC feature, but you can check OC settings manually.

I'll test it again once the issue comes back for both the power and RAM modules. For the temperatures, the GPU is at 78% during a tough game while the CPU sits at 66%. Looks like they're performing well. Appreciate all your tips!

That isn't temperature, unless you're referring to °C, percentage indicates usage
