CS:GO and Phasmo definitely have a chance, especially with modern titles. However, newer games often require high GPU performance, which can be challenging if settings aren't adjusted.

Uncertain about phasmaphobia, yet the others seem manageable—I’d say yes.

I own an i5 10400f with the 2060 graphics card, and I'm using a 1440/144 display. I can run most games smoothly at over 70fps when settings are high, except for the most demanding titles. The only titles that slowed me down were Control, Marvels Avengers, and oddly enough Ryse: Son of Rome. You have a GPU that outperforms mine, and a CPU that matches or exceeds mine, so I don’t think you’ll face any problems...especially not in CS:GO.

Ensure Gsync support, since 144fps may not be achievable in certain titles.

It's not about impossibility—it's about adjusting the right settings for a smooth experience. Personally, I prefer lower resolutions like 1440p over higher ones such as 1080p or 4K, even if it means settling for around 60fps instead of pushing to ultra high.

Yeah, you're right about the settings. With medium or high options, not every game will hit 144fps. Some adjustments and lower resolutions can help most of the time. For instance, in FF XIV I usually get around 165fps at 1440p, but it drops to 80-90fps in crowded spots. You might want to lower the settings for smoother performance. That's why I invested in a Gsync monitor.

If the issue involves reduced performance or an unplayable frame rate, try adjusting the settings or checking for updates.
