I don't understand the issue, but I'm experiencing poor performance. Based on these specs, I should be able to run Minecraft smoothly at 500fps. When playing with friends, my CPU usage reached 100% and GPU usage hit 97%, causing stuttering. In gameplay videos, others managed 900fps with only 20% CPU usage. My PC is a Lenovo Ideacentre 5 17IAB7. I reviewed the reviews and test videos, but my experience was much lower—110-230fps, nowhere near 500. CS:GO uses around 30% CPU and 60-70% GPU, yet I’m seeing much lower FPS. I checked temperatures, they’re normal. The CPU reaches 80°C max, and the GPU stays between 60-70°C. There’s no overheating concern. I disabled the configuration manager because it worsened the stutters, and even reinstalling Windows didn’t help.

I also have the newest drivers! I even tested them with older versions.

Several factors might be contributing to the issue. Both games demand heavy CPU usage and you're using a single-channel RAM setup, which can significantly hinder performance. How are your temperatures looking? It seems the cooler might be leading to thermal throttling.

Adjust the display's refresh rate slightly above your monitor's refresh rate. When both match 100%, some stutters could stem from full utilization and intermediate steps needing time for resources. This effect intensifies when the CPU reaches 100%. Enabling adaptive synchronization on your monitor and/or GPU drivers will help mitigate this.

Referenced the temperatures in the message, CPU limit at 80°C and GPU range of 70-75

I started GTA V by checking Task Manager and at maximum settings I saw 1440p with only 20% GPU usage and 50% CPU. Still not sure what’s going wrong.

Clocks are signals that control the CPU's operations. They determine how quickly the processor executes instructions. If the clock speed is too low, it can cause a bottleneck in performance.

The processor operates at an increased speed of 4.40Ghz turbo mode

Are you asking if we need more RAM?

Would it really bring about such a significant shift? If you agree, I can purchase something I’ve already considered but am still unsure if it’s the main concern.
