It's completely okay. I'm employed at a computer repair shop and I need to handle it regularly—at least every week.
Microsoft noticed a compatibility issue with your system setup (installed programs, drivers, games, BIOS/UEFI or hardware). You may need to manually update it. Ensure all software—including security tools and drivers like chipset, audio, printer, keyboard, and mouse—is fully updated prior to the OS upgrade. Also, you don't require a USB drive. Just download the ISO file—there are a few notes on that—adjust the browser agent, then extract it into a directory like c:\win1903\ and launch the setup.
