This indicates a keyboard not being recognized, a distinct issue. Which keyboard are you connected to? Consider testing with another USB port if available.
It hasn't detected the keyboard after changing USB ports. Have you checked the front panel connections? Are you sure it's wired? Which keyboard are you using? This could be the first time I've asked this recently—do you have a PS/2 model to test?
I lack a PS/2 keyboard, so I'm testing alternatives. Try using a USB device with either the front or back panel. But it doesn't seem to work.
You haven’t provided your keyboard details yet. Are there any additional USB devices, such as hubs, connected? If yes, consider deleting them.
