Hey, the motherboard required a BIOS update to fix a problem where the white VGA LED on the board lit up when I started my PC. Since I didn’t have a graphics card and my CPU lacks integrated graphics, I tried removing the existing card by opening the case, but it didn’t work. I ended up leaving the side panel open and waking up my dad, who wasn’t sure it was a BIOS issue. He cleaned the GPU with something he thought smelled like perfume, but the PC wouldn’t even start. My dad then took it to a supposed professional shop, which left me with no hope. Eventually, the PC started acting up again but stopped at the red CPU light. They said it was a CPU problem and claimed my CPU had burned, which I don’t believe. To prove it, I learned the specs were an i3 10105f, an M.2 B560 chipset, an ASUS Dual GTX 1650, and 16GB RAM. I’m a student, so I can’t afford new parts due to financial constraints.

It might be a motherboard problem. Please verify that all power cables are securely connected. Also, confirm whether the BIOS update you referenced was finished or if it was somehow halted.

I took out all the cables to fix the hard standoff and put them back in place. I didn’t do the BIOS update since my dad handled it.
