While enjoying music, playing games, editing videos, or doing nothing at all, my PC begins to freeze or crash and the monitor loses its signal. Sometimes the screen shows "No Signal," yet audio continues playing in the background before it freezes after a short time. Occasionally, green flashes appear on the screen followed by a crash; other times it turns gray, and sometimes it glitches unpredictably. I saw a YouTube video showing someone removing RAM while the PC runs, which is similar to what’s happening with my screen. I tried reseating the RAM, but the issue persists. I’m unsure what’s causing this problem. Please help!

Use the memory cards, then clean the contacts gently with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab. Allow them to dry before putting the cards back in their place. This should fix the issue. If it doesn’t work, try running memtest86 from a bootable drive.

Use a single stick at a time in the slot following your motherboard instructions; this ensures any defective stick is identified when you have multiple options.
