Last night I disconnected a GPU risers cable from the motherboard while it was powered on. Then I noticed a spark coming from the motherboard, and the computer shut down automatically. After that, smoke appeared, and now when I turn it on, the PC doesn’t receive power.

Typically you track the source of the spark and smoke, then examine it closely. Inspection may need to cover all areas and components that didn’t show any smoke or spark. You gained a valuable lesson today, likely one with significant cost.
