The guide suggests removing the CMOS battery, swapping the RAM slot, or holding the BIOS button for 20 seconds to fix the issue. Some users have reported success with this method, but it can vary depending on your PC model. If you're unsure, consider reaching out to a tech support person for personalized advice.

Moved to troubleshooting section. Resetting the BIOS likely resolved the issue, suggesting a faulty BIOS setting was blocking boot. Have you adjusted your BIOS or made any hardware modifications prior to the problem? Asus identifies Q-Code 00 as a CPU error. https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043948/

It would be useful to confirm if he uses an Intel system. The number 00 applies to Intel devices. If it's AMD, it's not needed. Previously many Asus boards would malfunction with 00, but a different CPU wouldn't fix the issue.

You attempted to erase the CMOS. That is the first step.
