Hey there! I saw your question and wanted to help you figure out what's going on. You mentioned problems with your internet, like dropping connections every 10 minutes and weird ping issues on Discord. It sounds like your setup is a bit tricky. I checked the details you gave me—like the routers, modems, and how you're trying to fix things—and it seems like the main issue might be with your WiFi adapter or the Ethernet cable. Sometimes using a USB adapter instead of your built-in card helps, and trying different cables can make a big difference. If you want, we can look into what's causing those drops together. What do you think?

Great guess! Your ISP is indeed Spectrum. Thanks for confirming!

I learned about your dad's message about canceling your plan and getting a discount.

Hey, it seems like you experienced a dropout right now, which caused you to disconnect and stop playing. I tried running Windows troubleshooter again, but it didn’t work.

I also faced a comparable problem with Comcast earlier. They pushed for a router update, and that resolved the issue instantly. Could be luck or it was quite straightforward.

It's tough to say but there might be a signal problem. Interference on any of the channels your modem uses can cause connection problems and slow speeds. You can test your signals at 192.168.100.1, though I'm not sure if Spectrum provides access there. Comcast does offer that. Also, look into your logs to see if anything unusual appears. If everything looks normal, try connecting the modem directly to a computer to test performance. If it still drops, it's likely your router is the issue, and Spectrum might be experiencing problems.
