yesterday i attempted to purchase a "GIGABYTE Eagle OC GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 ATX Video Card GV-N3060EAGLE OC-12GD (rev. 2.0) (LHR)" from newegg. my first attempt was rejected, so i ordered with my second card. after placing the order, i checked my bank app and noticed a pending payment from newegg for $424.60 usd, which matched the price of the card. the issue is that in my newegg account, only the voided order appears, not the one that was declined due to the first card. i’m unsure if the pending payment will be canceled or decline, and i might reorder or visit a nearby micro center instead. anyone with similar experience could share their solution? i hope the pending payment gets processed and i can buy another 3060 from micro center in person.

It indicates the payment isn't finalized yet. It seems you might lack the funds for the transaction.
