Hello, I recently assembled a new PC with these components: an Intel i5 13600K, ASUS Prime Z690 P-D4 NHU12A, one 1TB M.2 SSD, 8GB RAM, a 6500X motherboard, and my old Corsair 220T case. When I power it on, the fans spin up and the RGB lights activate, but the monitor doesn’t display anything. The power button flashes roughly three times per second during startup, which made me think about a faulty front panel connector. However, everything else looks correctly installed—ram, cables, and other connections are visible. I know that the LGA1700 chipset’s default BIOS isn’t compatible with 13th generation processors, and I’ve tried flashing it multiple times without success. Since I can’t access the BIOS post-installation and suspect this board lacks a BIOS flashback feature, I’m unsure what to do next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Start with the simplest fixes, such as repositioning the RAM or reinstalling the CMOS. There are good odds if your board is recent and there’s a BIOS reset option on the back panel.

Checking the website reveals no details about a BIOS flashback option or any buttons. Without a suitable CPU, updating the BIOS isn't possible. The best options are either getting a compatible 12th-gen processor or visiting a repair shop to borrow one. I regret to inform you this build is quite disorganized.

Try disconnecting the GPU and connecting the monitor directly to the mainboard port to run IGPU. Does it begin functioning?
