Hey there. I'm sharing this again just to gather more feedback. Recently, I assembled a new PC featuring a 5600X, MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi MB, 32GB RAM, and an EVGA 650W 80+ Gold PSU. For the graphics card, I'm using an older 1060 6GB as a temporary setup. When I first powered on, I accessed BIOS and saw only one of my 32GB RAM modules being recognized. I decided to reattach it, which resolved the issue and allowed full access to the BIOS. After that, Windows installation went smoothly, product key entered correctly, and everything seemed set.

During the initial reboot, I suspected a Windows update problem and dismissed it. But it kept happening. I checked the HDMI connection for the GPU but realized the whole system was restarting unexpectedly—no display issues detected. I was prompted to enter BIOS after a few seconds. Then I replaced the 24-pin MB connector, CPU connector, and GPU connector just to be safe. I also swapped the PSU into the wall outlet instead of using a surge protector, but the problem persisted.

I attempted a BIOS update, which didn't help. Eventually, I found an online solution suggesting adjusting the CPU voltage in BIOS. This time it worked! Other programs loaded without rebooting. However, I still faced repeated restarts.

I also noticed thermal readings stayed stable around 30°-40°C, and the motherboard's Ethernet port showed unusually slow speeds—though I wasn't sure if that was related. My CPU temperature was normal, and RGB remained active during power cycles.

In the end, I'm uncertain about the root cause. My suspicion is it might be the CPU; I've read about 5600X models experiencing similar issues but not as severely. I can't install or use anything without fear of a restart. The APIC error (Kernal Power 41) and APIC ID 8 appeared in my event viewer logs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
