I updated the thermal paste on my CPU and carefully reinserted it. The CPU is now seated properly with no bent pins. I also upgraded to a second NVMe SSD, but the system still won’t boot. After removing the old SSD and trying different RAM configurations, only one slot seems to work. It appears the motherboard isn’t communicating correctly, possibly due to a faulty chipset or power issue. I’ve checked the beep codes and tried various RAM slots, but nothing changes. I’m unsure if a BIOS update will help or if I need to replace parts of the system. I’d appreciate advice on next steps.
I will inspect for bent pins. I'll get back to you soon. Appreciate your reply.
