Hello everyone, I just put in a new motherboard (MSI Mag Tomahawk z590 WIFI) and it’s not picking up Ethernet at all. The troubleshooter keeps saying the network cable is unplugged, even though it isn’t. I’m sure the cable and router are working properly as they were before. I’ve updated the drivers but nothing has changed. Any suggestions? Appreciate any help!

I downloaded them, no difference. It’s still not picking up Ethernet. What else can I try?

Reset the BIOS and the Linux live USB if it didn’t help—it might be a hardware issue, so contact support. Verify the cable and router are functioning properly. Restart first to ensure the driver installation finishes correctly.

I tried resetting it again, but I’m hoping it’s not a hardware issue—this PC has had so many hardware problems lately.
