I'm trying to move backups between my primary and backup systems. The transfer rate is very slow, only 5-7 MB/s, making it hard to handle large data volumes. Both machines are linked through a gigabyte switch connected to the router, but the bottleneck seems to be an older power adapter on the backup side.
