Afternoon All. It seems the net drops only briefly—3 to 10 seconds max—especially when you scrub YouTube videos (possibly every fifth time). This might happen during updates, so it won’t last long unless you keep hitting that trigger. Also, notice a legitimate download starts and works fine; tools like WowUp help with addons in WoW, but they still cause brief interruptions. It doesn’t actually disconnect the connection, just slows things down. I don’t have a VPN right now (would love some suggestions—used Express before, only five options left). It would show a drop in connection speed, not within Windows. I’m in the UK with Virgin Media, experiencing around 500 down and 50 up. This issue appears on wired connections. The super hub was fixed; it leads to a switch in my office and another PC using Powerline in the bedroom all face the same problem. Anyone has any ideas or a good starting point? This definitely feels like my weakest tech area.
