You recently received a G502 hero (wired) and it's functioning well. But when you installed Ghub, your mouse began behaving strangely—teleporting, lagging, and clicks failing. You've tried changing ports and removing the software, yet the problem continues. Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

GHub will also release a firmware update for the mouse. It’s possible the update caused issues, so you may need to reinstall GHub and manually re-flash the mouse firmware (though you can do that yourself). Alternatively, once inside GHub you can look for updates—there might be a new version available or an option to reinstall. This is my explanation of what likely happened.

It seems your mouse isn’t appearing as connected in the app, which makes it hard to use. I’m not sure what steps to take since it’s not showing up at all. Your mouse was connected to your PC when you installed the app.
