It seems like something is broken on their side, specifically with that Casa System stuff you showed me before. That's why I won't be able to fix it myself right now. I can tell them the MAC address and confirm it's their problem, but honestly, this feels way too complex for my current knowledge level. I'm scared of messing up something important or getting in trouble like having to repair things later.

The old building used to have power and other systems running inside it, so that makes sense why it stood there. But now it's falling apart. It looks more dangerous than useful, which is what I've been thinking about for a while. I'm already planning to tear it down because the economy isn't doing well here either.

This spot used to be my grandparents' house back in the day, so I feel like I'm picking up where they left off almost twenty years ago now. Basically, I am trying to catch up on things that were missed. I'll try whatever I can do, but I think the techs will have to come visit my house several times a week until this is finally fixed.

Yeah, only realized this thing was wrong back two months ago, right now it's getting colder. I keep telling them about this but they don't get it. They've been messing around with the nodes and not understanding what's going on either. I told them all along that something weird is happening. I'll make sure to tell them again when they come by today.

Understood! Yes, you are welcome. But you can do a lot and learn a lot just by looking around more closely. There is no need to get all tangled up if you don't want to. The more you know the better. It's cold. Contractions aren't allowed here. Flexible wires won't work. Condensation or corrosion could happen. Ground movement might break things down. Something chewed a hole into that nice warm nest... Intermittent problems show up. Before the tech shows up, make sure to write down everything you tried and done. Show the tech about just an orientation thing. Hopefully they can spot any missing steps or extra mistakes. And have time to test and fix things step by step.

I told them all what happened and what I think is wrong, but they keep not trying to fix it. I also suggested ways to help, but they ignored those suggestions too. Since I can't do anything else right now, maybe I should call the FCC to get involved because I have no other choices left.

Do you use another internet provider nearby? Would you like to change it?
