Hello, I own an Acer Aspire 3 A315-23 that I purchased four years ago. It originally came with 8 GB of RAM, with 2.1 GB reserved for the integrated graphics unit. Over the past four years, there have been no significant issues. Recently, however, I've encountered some problems. On July 11, 2024, my laptop began displaying BSODs unexpectedly. I was using Chrome with Discord and Facebook open, just a couple of tabs, and Spotify playing in the background. Suddenly, a BSOD appeared. Initially, I thought it might be a coincidence, so I restarted, but another BSOD followed shortly after. This pattern repeated several times, lasting about 3 to 4 instances before the system stabilized. In the Event Viewer, I noticed an error related to the first attachment. I searched online but found no solutions. After the system finally settled, my RAM usage remained around 70% or slightly higher, and I couldn't launch other applications. Everything became unresponsive; I could only open Task Manager and close the resource-heavy Chrome process. Once that was done, the laptop felt completely unresponsive. I can't even open Facebook and Reddit simultaneously because doing so would push RAM usage over 70%, causing the whole machine to freeze. I really need assistance with this issue if anyone has experience. Thank you for your time.
