Hello everyone. Yesterday I put together my PC and it turned on, but there was no display and it kept restarting. I tried turning it off without the graphics card, but that didn’t help either. I switched the RAM from A1-B1 to A2-B2, yet nothing changed. I also checked the motherboard battery, which was fine. What should I do next? Here are the specs: CPU – Intel I7-14700K, Motherboard – Asus B760-Plus (DDR5), RAM – GSKILL Z5 M2, GPU – Samsung 990Pro, PSU – Corsair RM850e, Cooler – Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360.

Reposition the processor. If this doesn’t work, it’s possible the motherboard is faulty.

Do all components come in perfect condition? Buying a used CPU probably means it’s worn out. Some sellers also refurbish returned chips to look brand new, which can be risky.

I would consider checking the BIOS first before concluding a scam occurred.
