If this were true, your laptop wouldn't exist, and you'd pay for a repair right away. Either your battery died completely, or the charging part inside the laptop broke so it can't charge at all. The best thing to do is take your laptop to a PC shop, pay them what they ask for the fix, and let them figure out exactly why this happened. If you buy a new, expensive battery because their charger part failed, then you'll be spending even more money just on that fix.
