The Lenovo Yoga 520 14iKb may not support upgrading to Windows 11. It seems your Lenovo device lacks TPM 2.0, which is often required for the update. Check the manufacturer's website or contact support for confirmation.

Consider using Microsoft's PC Health Check or WhyNotWin11 app to verify compatibility. Look at the options under Option 1 and 2 on the Lenovo spec page for TPM 2.0 support.
