My keys keep working even after I stop pressing them. It doesn’t feel like a physical issue—they aren’t actually sticking down. Still, they press in games or when I type. I’ve tested various keyboards, but the problem remains consistent, so it seems to be linked to my computer. I’ve looked for solutions and tried fixes, but nothing is resolving it. The issue resets itself after a short time, which makes me want a lasting solution. I’ve used troubleshooting tools, received multiple suggestions, and checked for sticky keys or other causes, yet everything points to a system problem. I’ve switched keyboards, unplugged cables, and even used different monitors, but nothing stops the issue. This has been happening for a few months now, and it’s becoming urgent—I need advice on how to fix this permanently or if I should completely reset my PC.

Update your post with detailed hardware specifications and operating system information.
Consider using the built-in Windows troubleshooters; they might identify and resolve issues.
Also, run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to detect and repair corrupted files.
Refer to the provided links for guidance:
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-d...s-10-image
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-...es-2626161
If these steps fail:
Check Task Manager and Resource Monitor after a forced restart. Observe processes and resource usage, noting any changes.
When the keys start repeating, revisit Task Manager and Resource Monitor to identify new or unexpected processes.
Search for unfamiliar apps in Task Manager Startup and Task Scheduler.
Adjust accordingly.

Consider using Malwarebytes for a scan initially to check for any issues, then proceed accordingly.

I'm unsure where to look for your system hardware details and OS information. Please list what you should include. Also, after running the scans, the problem persists despite fixing some issues. Finally, there are no unrecognized or new entries found.

Search for system details within the query field for every application.
Access device management through the control panel for all equipment.

I added every detail I could, but I still couldn't determine the PSU I had. I was aware of its type but hesitated to open the case to confirm and couldn't locate it elsewhere.
