The turbo vpn seems questionable; it's important to confirm whether it's connected to your PC or the network. I'd ask another device to verify. You can also check your ISP account on their website—like logging into Virgin Media gives access to filters, parental controls, and security settings.

Usually it’s not the service itself but specific ports that get blocked—typically 443/80 would be safe. However, since you’re able to reach this forum, port 443 is likely working. You should explore how to set up your VPN to route through 443. For instance, TunnelBear offers a feature called "ghostbear" that can bypass common blocking methods.
