Last night everything worked properly, but today when I connected my PC to the network, the WiFi didn’t appear, even though it did for others and my hotspot did show up. The same issue was noticed on other devices.

Turn off your wireless router or gateway and then restart it. It seems to be transmitting on a frequency your PC's WiFi card doesn't understand.
