I've been experiencing some internet problems lately, with frequent disconnections over the past few hours. I initially thought it was just the network signal dropping, but it happened consistently—about 50 times in four hours. My NAS automatically sends an email whenever it loses connection, which helps me track the issue. Usually, I'd blame the service provider, but this time both my Wi-Fi and mobile devices failed to connect. The modem and router are working fine, and even with a Bitdefender box in between, everything seems normal. I'm considering reaching out to Netgear directly, though their support seems unreliable, often requiring payment after a long period of use.

Likely failing router or access point if it's a combined device

Turn off the device and test it without the Bitdefender enclosure.
