I switched to Noctua NT-H2 paste and made sure everything fits properly. The waterblock from the aio is correctly positioned without any gaps at the CPU socket. I'm just concerned about potential CPU throttling during maximum load tests.

Your long-term turbo power cap is currently at the standard 65 Watts. This isn't sufficient to maintain your CPU's maximum performance during a stress test. Check the BIOS settings for this adjustment.

Thanks for the suggestion. I need to confirm whether my CPU is functioning properly right now. I'm mainly using the PC for gaming and just want it to perform well without any issues.

It's typical for Intel to maintain a low TDP. Many titles don't utilize sufficient threads long enough to meet the standard power limit. I'd still prefer to boost the wattage if the cooling stays within acceptable ranges.
