It wouldn't really matter to me, but a simple Windows setup might be useful. Techyescity created one that could provide you with some helpful links.

Sorry for the delayed reply—I just woke up from EU. But don’t worry, I’m not too eager to get overclocked.

I’m not really into pushing overclock limits, but I’m stuck at the base Intel speed. If these issues didn’t occur, I could have saved for the 3700X or 10700K. Right now even basic games feel a bit laggy—about 55 FPS in GTA V with low settings. I found a 10400F for 110€ and a 2600X with ASRock B450 Pro4 plus two 8GB RAMs for 250€, so I’m considering reaching out to the sellers.

I rely on Winaero Tweaker and Revo Uninstaller for removing and turning off unused Windows features such as Cortana and the Xbox Game Bar, along with other unnecessary components.

Your performance is quite high. The bios might even include an auto-overclock feature that pushes it to 4.2 or 4.3, which can boost speed.

Comparing i5 and i7 used to be important back then. The main idea is straightforward—upgrade the system, swap out the motherboard, install a new CPU, and add more RAM. All chips from 10nm up are acceptable and represent a significant jump. Your current CPU isn’t a problem unless it’s outdated; you could retire it and repurpose it (like a keychain) which would be a good deal.
