I'm working on my first computer/home server and it's not booting or turning on. I double-checked the power supply and motherboard, which looked good. Everything seems to be properly seated. If anyone has any suggestions, please share them.

We require detailed information such as the CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, and other components. More data is helpful. After reviewing the power supply and motherboard again, what specific checks did you perform?

The system is an older HP CADD station. It features a 6-core Intel Xeon processor, an unspecified Intel motherboard, an ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card, 256MB of RAM, 1300MHz 4-channel memory, and an 80 Plus Bronze 450W power supply. It also comes with a brand new 7200RPM 1TB HDD.
