I purchased my GTX 1650 Super from a friend, who told me the GPU was fine on his setup. When I connected it to my system, the fans started and the B450 motherboard didn’t show any debug lights, but my monitor remained blank. Swapping it with the GTX 1050 Ti resolved the issue and the display appeared.

Check if it's one of the 1650 Super models requiring a PCIe power cable and confirm whether you attached it.

It worked once before; now the motherboard has a red light, but after connecting it it turned off again, though the earlier problem remains.
