I'm using a Lenovo Legion 5 pro with an RTX 3060 and an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. Recently, while playing games as usual, my FPS dropped significantly—by at least half. I've updated the Nvidia drivers but the problem persists. The screenshot I shared illustrates the issue. Elden Ring typically runs around 55-60 FPS. The odd thing is that the GPU is active yet temperatures are unusually low (about 70-80°C on average). Sorry, my English isn't great. If you have more examples, feel free to ask and I'll provide them. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The issue continues and I'm feeling discouraged. Could someone who's faced this before offer assistance?
