If you don’t understand, check this out. I’m in a tough spot and need assistance. I’ve tried all the usual fixes—updating drivers, Windows, running virus scans with various programs, increasing voltage, powering down the GPU, and even overclocking with MSI Afterburner.

Previously asked about the complete specifications and whether a BIOS reset and clean Windows installation were attempted.

Updating the BIOS can cause issues if power is lost during the process, though resetting the BIOS itself is safe. For better results, begin with a fresh Windows installation and then reset the BIOS. You might also attempt to reinstall or update your drivers via DDU.

I've cleared the BIOS, removed and reinstalled the driver, but the issue persists.

Windows is being reinstalled... after resetting BIOS, make sure to activate the XMP profile for your RAM.

Ok, what game is this and did you try running fullscreen instead of windowed? Also tried other games? Also whats the PSU? Is the PC new, did it work previously?

The PC isn't brand new yet, but the PSU is 550 watts. The issue began suddenly one day without warning. It doesn't just occur during games; it happens whenever a lot of load is applied. Remember, it functioned flawlessly the day before this started.
