I don’t think anyone can assist right now, but the GPU isn’t functioning well. Only one fan spins and I’m experiencing severe frame drops—it’s not playable. I have an NVIDIA 1070 Ti with a 650W power supply, 16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, an Intel i7 CPU. Have you encountered similar issues before? The GPU temperature is at 37°C, and I’m running a game called Rust where my frame rate is between 40 and 10 FPS. I’ve checked the temperatures, but the CPU seems to be running between 90-100°C. Could this be the cause? What should I do?

It seems someone in your fanbase passed away. Monitor your GPU temperature with MSI Afterburner while gaming; you might notice thermal throttling.

I’ve tried similar settings but the numbers still look off and FPS keeps dropping unexpectedly.

You want to know more about your CPU below 100. Specifically, you're curious about the temperature max value, whether it's throttling, if you use a stock cooler, and how old your system is.

Verify CPU utilization across all cores. Open Windows search, type msconfig, navigate to Boot settings, adjust advanced options, and remove "Number of processors." If temperatures remain high, thermal throttling may be reducing frame rate.
