The flash memory isn't functioning on your motherboard. The Gigabyte Z690 AORUS Elite with DDR5 is showing issues with the 24-pin and CPU pins. Initially, connecting the pin triggered a red light, but after reinstalling it, only a small logo light appeared and the red light stayed off. This suggests a possible power supply or motherboard fault rather than just a PSU problem. The lack of sound during installation and difficulty removing the board further point to hardware concerns. Using an Android app to format a 128GB pen drive as FAT32 might have caused this issue.

I reached out to them earlier, but I’m not hoping for much. I managed to connect the PSU on the UPS. There was just a nanosecond delay when powering up the motherboard. I’m curious if there’s an issue with the PSU or the motherboard. Any thoughts?

I'll start testing various USB drives. It seems the PSU fan won't spin unless the temperature rises.

It seems the system stayed on despite being turned off, and briefly displayed the AORUS logo before lighting up again. It’s possible the power cycle resolved the issue.
