I purchased this iBuyPower PC from Walmart. I have upgraded all components except the RAM and motherboard. When playing games such as GTA V, Rust, and Black Ops 4, I typically achieve 50+ FPS with settings on low or medium. However, I experience sudden and significant FPS drops and freezes lasting a second or two. I am seeking assistance in identifying the cause of these freezes and determining appropriate component upgrades for my PC.

Specifications:
EVGA GTX 1060 3GB SC
Ryzen 7 1700 3.0GHz 3.7GHz boost
8GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM
MSI A320M-PRO-VH-PLUS motherboard
400W PSU
1TB HDD
240GB SSD

Which EVGA 400W is available? Some are good; others are poor quality. One stick RAM will cause an issue, so replace it with a two-stick kit.

Is a PSU upgrade recommended? What are the CPU and GPU temperatures and usage levels while gaming? Should one RAM stick or two be used?

The power supply was originally 350W, upgraded to 400W. One 8GB stick of RAM is installed with a speed of 2400MHz. While playing Apex Legends, the GPU reached 60°C and the CPU reached 40°C. The GPU utilized 98% of its capacity, while the CPU utilized 38%. The game was played on high settings.
