My PC setup includes an I7 10700K RTX 3060TI, MSI Z490 gaming edge Wi-Fi, and all drivers are current. While screenshots aren’t crystal clear, the visuals appear poor across most games like BF1, BF5, GTA5, Control, etc. This issue is frustrating.

Can you show screenshot of actual game? Or picture of your monitor if screenshot doesn't show anything special. Also, what resolution are you playing with? The CPU/GPU combination is fine for most things, and certainly something that shouldn't cause issues on its own.
