There seems to be an issue with your front USB and audio connections after the CMOS reset, despite everything looking fine. A photo might help identify the problem.

The images lack clarity but generally, since USB and FP_Audio share a single connector, it should fit properly without forcing too hard (just slightly bending the pins). For USB, try another header to check for damage. Regarding audio, confirm your drivers are installed and consider manually instructing the system to use FP Audio.

I've confirmed it's not a single-block connector and everything is plugged in properly. It looks like the front panel USB is functioning now, though there are still issues with frequent connections and disconnections. I've taken a photo to show what I saw.
