Hi there, Your friend's laptop has been having issues since it started two days ago. It won't open anything except his documents. I attempted to assist by suggesting a restart in safe mode with internet and downloading Malwarebytes. The scans detected some viruses, but nothing major was found. After cleaning them up and trying normal mode again, the problem persists. We also tried a system recovery, but it's not working because almost nothing loads. We really need your help. Thanks in advance!
Recovery should occur away from Windows. Use the identical options in Safe Mode or employ an installation disc (DVD or USB).
