Hey everyone, just wanted to share something strange I'm experiencing with my gameplay. I mostly play CSGO, but now I'm stuck at a max of 20 frames per second. I'm totally confused about what's happening. Could someone help me figure this out? I only use 4:3 resolution. Thanks!

What are your specifications? You'll need a mediocre machine just to achieve decent frame rates.

Checking for issues with your system: laptop, Nvidia GTX 950M, Intel i7-4280, 8 GB RAM, 64-bit.

These specifications seem too low for stable performance—possibly a malware issue or outdated drivers. Try a virus scan or update your device drivers (restart Windows). If that doesn’t help, verify if your laptop uses the built-in Intel HD graphics now. This might indicate another problem.

I'll handle it soon and I believe you're correct because yesterday everything was fine in the neighborhood.

It might have altered the configuration settings... I understand certain games do this occasionally. My approach would be: review the settings, inspect drivers, examine files via Steam, search for others facing the same issue and see their solutions, reinstall if needed, scan for malware. I'd test these steps, and if unsuccessful... attempt a reset, which often resolves similar problems.

Yes, I checked to see if the adapter or charger was connected to both the wall outlet and the laptop.

It seems the system is relying on the built-in camera feed rather than the 950M model.
