The top download from that link is a zip file; you need to convert it to an .exe by renaming the contents (don’t know why they do it this way). Then place the renamed file on the root of a flash drive. Insert the drive into your motherboard with nothing else connected, and it will perform the update automatically. A confirmation message will appear once done. Another possibility is that your motherboard is running memory training during startup, making it seem unresponsive—it’s an AMD issue, genuine, and quite unusual.
