If BitLocker is present, you lack the necessary key and auto-unlock feature. Microsoft cannot assist because BitLocker employs 128 or 256-bit AES encryption that remains unbroken by current technology. Linux will only display a read/write capable BitLocker reader, leaving all other files secured with their own locks.
