You seem to be overlooking this. For 609 MB it really doesn’t matter much, right? Typically the Recovery drive uses NTFS, though a hidden flag keeps it from showing up. It supports a WinPE setup so you can access a command prompt and repair utilities even if your OS isn’t bootable. You can delete it and resize your OS partition as needed (there’s a Microsoft KB guide for that). The EFI System Partition stores the files necessary to start the operating system on an EFI device. Handle it carefully unless you’re experienced.
