I didn’t consider the power cord connection. I’ll switch to another one. I’ve faced issues with various electrical outlets in my home.

It seems the issue often relates to the PSU. There are times it doesn't supply enough power to the 12V rail. This happens rarely, but it makes me think the problem is with the PSU. Try using a spare PSU or a temporary one to see if it helps.
