Test each fan individually to identify the one causing the issue. This approach works whether the system is under load or running at idle.

It seems like you're trying to pinpoint the source of the noise. You can gently stop each fan with your finger for a couple of seconds—this shouldn’t cause any harm—and observe which one is causing the sound.

Notice what I initially believed, but it only produces noise when powered on. It doesn’t make that sound under high load until it starts up. I’ll definitely double-check, thanks!

It seems like the fan might be malfunctioning, possibly due to a mechanical issue rather than a hard drive problem. Turn off the fans or gently stop them one by one with your finger until the noise subsides. Make sure all fasteners are tightly secured. If a fan feels slightly loose, it may appear faulty even though it's just vibrating slightly.
