Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my GPU. I purchased it about a month ago and have been facing problems with GPU performance while playing Warzone from 80% to 100%, mostly staying around 96-100%. Games are freezing at full intensity. I've tried adjusting the BIOS settings and used some tips to boost performance, but they haven't helped much. If I had checked it earlier, usage would have been between 50-75%. I also run in 1440p with a 165Hz monitor from LG Ultragear. My specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 3.4GHz, Nvidia RTX 4070, Asus ProArt RAM (32GB DDR4-3200), Kingston Fury 32GB, 16x2 motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX B550, BIOS version 3002 x64, power supply BeQuiet 850W. Everything was bought a month ago. Sorry, this is in Polish—I hope you understand which I meant while it's happening. If the GPU usage goes up to nearly 12GB while playing, that's concerning.
Your problems aren't about 100%. This simply indicates your GPU is being used to its maximum capacity, which is ideal. Warzone isn't a solid game and doesn't serve well as a comparison benchmark. Capture a screenshot of the issues you encounter.
That's accurate, but I've also tested on a few other titles like Lord of the Fallen, Tekken 7, Forza Horizon, Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero. Now suddenly all games are lagging even though the CPU or GPU doesn't reach 40/50%. The issues I noticed were stutters in the games while my PC doesn't show a drop in frames. I'll try to see if that helps.

It's odd that running just one game at 120fps consumes 80-95% of the GPU. Previously, I experienced around 50-60% usage while playing and watching videos. If video plays in slow motion intermittently—sometimes for half a second—it might explain the difference.
