The laptop CPU frequency fluctuates in cycles. I checked the internet for fixes but none helped. I tried downloading XTU and Throttlestop, but one said it couldn’t download on an unsupported platform. I attempted to run Rblx with the lowest settings, but it still crashes.

Use HWinfo64 in sensor mode. Check the Performance Limit Reasons section to identify what triggers the throttling.

Thermal throttling reduces frequency instead of CPU usage. The task manager displays fluctuating CPU metrics, not clock speed as claimed.

The temperature is quite typical. I placed it close to an AC unit, and the fans are clean since I just purchased it a month ago.
