i owned my pc for a few months with these components: a ryzen 5 4650g cpu, vega7 graphics card, b550 motherboard, 16gb ram, aorus 512gb ssd, a barracuda 7200 rpm hdd, a corsair 4000d airflow case, a hyper 212 spectrum rgb cooler, and a seasonic core gx 650 watt power supply. i didn’t really test it against other machines with the same specs until recently. when i randomly checked cinebench, it scored around 9000+, but my results kept dropping to lower numbers—8774, then 8554, 8400, and finally 8270—despite reaching up to 4.2-4.3ghz. nothing was loading in the background, and even in games it felt sluggish compared to the benchmarks online. why happened this? what should i do next?

Consider starting a clean Windows 10 session to identify if a background app or service is slowing things down.

It seems the issue might be with a specific app, but you're unsure if it needs uninstalling. Check for updates or troubleshoot through settings.
