Your 13700k is reaching 100°C and experiencing thermal throttling in Cinebench. You have a Coolermaster 360mm Core AIO cooler and an NZXT H9 Elite case. To reduce temperatures without undervolting, consider optimizing fan speeds, ensuring proper airflow, checking for dust buildup, and possibly upgrading to a higher-end cooler if needed.

It's pretty straightforward—just cut the room temperature with the AC. Update the CPU socket, adjust the retention bracket, relocate to the island, and put the PC outside.

Strongly suggest using a bending correction frame. Upgrading your cooler with additional thermal paste might also be beneficial. The Noctua paste has been reliable for me, and if you're looking to explore options, several brands offer comparable quality.

Ensure the thermal paste is correctly applied and verify cooler placement; it might be loose or insufficient.

It reaches 100°C almost right away during Cinebench, yet idle temperatures stay solid. That suggests a CPU problem. Switching to a Thermalright contact frame should fix it—affordable and straightforward compared to alternatives.
